The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic People & Capability Lead to join their Melbourne team. This pivotal role will drive their internal people strategy, ensuring their culture remains vibrant, their teams are empowered, and their growth is sustainable. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to align their people initiatives with business objectives, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement people strategies that support the client’s business goals and enhance employee engagement.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Learning & Development: Design and deliver programs that promote continuous learning and career progression.
  • Performance & Culture: Lead performance management processes and initiatives that reinforce their values and high-performance culture.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on HR policies, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior HR or People & Capability role, preferably within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset, with a passion for driving cultural initiatives and continuous improvement.
