What You’ll Be Doing
– Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and a smile in your voice
– Lodge and triage service desk requests, ensuring appropriate prioritisation
– Coordinate client site visits and manage technician schedules
– Assist with the day-to-day operations and dispatch of tickets
– Monitor and maintain the Support Mailbox with accuracy and care
– Follow up on open tickets with timely and clear communication
– Provide email support and updates to clients with clarity and empathy


What You’ll Bring to the Table
– A customer-first mindset with a friendly, professional phone manner
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organised under pressure
– Experience using ticketing systems like ConnectWise (or similar) and confidence with Microsoft Office
– A willingness to learn and grow — both technically and professionally
– A passion for technology and helping people solve problems
– A team player attitude — someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
