The Company
Our client is an established and successful accounting practice with a private wealth firm, located in the beautiful suburb of Hawthorn. Close to public transport (Glenferrie Rd trams and Glenferrie Train Station) as well as off-street casual parking.
Due to growth, the organisation is in search of an experienced Client Services Administrator to become a valuable addition to the team, playing a pivotal role in supporting both clients and internal accounting operations in Hawthorn.
The Role
The Client Services Administrator, as a key member of the team, will assume a diverse range of responsibilities encompassing various administrative tasks crucial to the seamless functioning of the department, including but not limited to the following:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the accounting and bookkeeping team
- Oversee client support for lodgements and ensure compliance with statutory obligations
- Company & new entity set up through ATO and ASIC
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Organise files and ensure the documentations are up to date
- Manage the booking and scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Assist the broader team by offering comprehensive general administrative support and assistance
The Successful Candidate
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role is a MUST
- Accounting firm experience is an absolute advantage
- Experience with Xero, XPM (Xero Practice Manager)
- Demonstrates a strong knowledge and proficiency in utilising Microsoft applications.
- Attention to detail and comprehensive administration skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Displays adaptability, quick learning, and a determined, persistent approach to tasks
