About the Role

Based at the company’s modern head office in McKinnon, the Business Development Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to provide both operational leadership and strategic direction. You’ll oversee a high-performing team across three states, lead national service delivery, and shape the long-term strategy for business development, marketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across Victoria, NSW, and SE Queensland
  • Develop and deliver a strategic growth plan to expand market presence
  • Design and execute national sales and marketing initiatives
  • Analyse job flow, technician performance, and client satisfaction to improve outcomes
  • Strengthen internal systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
  • Track and report on key business metrics and operational performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams, partnerships, and expansion opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership in a service-based business (essential)
  • Industry knowledge in mould remediation, pest control, restoration, or home services (desirable)
  • Previous experience Property Management (Real Estate) a definite advantage
  • Commercially minded with strong experience in strategic sales and marketing
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Data-driven decision maker with excellent communication skills
  • Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
