About the Role:
In this Level 1 Service Desk role, you’ll gain essential IT skills while supporting clients across multiple industries. You’ll work across both cloud and on-premises technologies, including Networking, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering Level 1 IT support to clients
- On-site in the office providing remote support (and occasional client visits)
- Handling a wide range of technical queries and troubleshooting
- Developing your technical knowledge and people skills
- Gaining exposure to a broad range of IT systems
What We’re Looking For:
- You’ve studied or are studying IT (TAFE, Uni, or industry certifications)
- You’re genuinely passionate about IT and technology
- You may be transitioning into IT from another career and have taken proactive steps to skill up
- Bonus: Any previous Service Desk or IT support experience, especially in an MSP, is a huge plus
