The Role
As Financial Controller, you will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Leadership Team, providing insights and guidance to support critical business decisions. You’ll oversee financial strategy, reporting, and operations while ensuring the company’s financial health and stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and accurate end-of-month (EOM) and end-of-financial-month (EFM)reports for the General Manager and CEO.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including reconciliation, P&L analysis, and budget tracking.
- Manage cashflow, forecasting, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll processes.
- Analyse revenue, profit margins, and expenses to inform cost management strategies.
- Oversee and support the admin and accounts team, ensuring efficient operations in AR/AP and payroll.
- Lead and manage direct reports, fostering accountability and development.
- Ensure robust financial risk management frameworks are in place.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to meetings and strategy discussions.
About You

Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controlleror similar leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with CA/CPA membership.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Business Central and Xerois highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach.
