Are you in a customer-facing position who is ready to kickstart your sales career in the managed services industry? We’re looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative to join the Brisbane-based team. Prior experience with MSP’s is a bonus, but not essential!

THE ROLE
The Junior Inside Sales Representative will help drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships with the mid-size accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in assigned accounts to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Identify new business prospects within your portfolio, generating leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Understand each client’s business needs and objectives to recommend appropriate managed services that align with their goals
- Create and present tailored proposals and pricing models to showcase the value of our services
- Facilitate contract negotiations, close sales deals, and secure profitable long-term agreements
- Keep sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics current for alignment with company goals
- Work closely with the greater sales team, service delivery, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Stay informed on industry trends, services, and technology updates to communicate our value to clients effectively
- Monitor client satisfaction to proactively address concerns, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities
Qualifications and Experience
- At least one year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Passionate about providing an excellent client experience
- Strong verbal and written skills to build rapport and communicate effectively
- Ability to assess client needs and align them with solutions
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client success
- Comfortable learning about IT services and managed service solutions.
