Are you in a customer-facing position who is ready to kickstart your sales career in the managed services industry? We’re looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative to join the Brisbane-based team. Prior experience with MSP’s is a bonus, but not essential!

THE ROLE

The Junior Inside Sales Representative will help drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships with the mid-size accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in assigned accounts to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Identify new business prospects within your portfolio, generating leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand each client’s business needs and objectives to recommend appropriate managed services that align with their goals
  • Create and present tailored proposals and pricing models to showcase the value of our services
  • Facilitate contract negotiations, close sales deals, and secure profitable long-term agreements
  • Keep sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics current for alignment with company goals
  • Work closely with the greater sales team, service delivery, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Stay informed on industry trends, services, and technology updates to communicate our value to clients effectively
  • Monitor client satisfaction to proactively address concerns, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least one year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Passionate about providing an excellent client experience
  • Strong verbal and written skills to build rapport and communicate effectively
  • Ability to assess client needs and align them with solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client success
  • Comfortable learning about IT services and managed service solutions.
