As part of the growing NWG ADAS & Windscreens Group, we continue to expand and are now looking for a motivated Trainee Windscreen Fitter (Autoglazier) to join our Artarmon team.
This is a hands-on entry level role where you’ll receive full training whilst working alongside experienced technicians. If you enjoy practical work, have an interest in vehicles, and want to build a long-term career in the automotive industry, this is a great opportunity to get started!

About the Role
As a Trainee Autoglazier, you will learn all aspects of automotive glass installation and repair whilst working with a supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting technicians with windscreen removal and installation
- Learning to fit and repair automotive glass across a wide range of vehicles
- Providing excellent service to customers on-site and in workshop environments
- Safely handling automotive glass and tools
- Maintaining vehicles, equipment and work areas
- Working both independently and alongside other team members
You will gain experience working on everyday vehicles through prestige, classic, and custom cars, making the role varied and rewarding.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is eager to learn. Previous experience is not required as full training is provided.
Successful applicants will have:
- Valid driver’s licence (MUST HAVE)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Motivation and willingness to learn a trade
- Practical problem-solving ability
- A strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Interest in cars or the automotive industry (highly regarded)
